榊原研究室では、現在週に2コマゼミ活動を行っています．そのうち、1コマは輪読会、1コマは雑誌会です．

輪読会では、教授の選定した英語の学術書を取り扱います． 具体的な内容としては、割り振られた該当箇所を予め読み、輪読会の時間で該当箇所の内容について他の人が理解できるように発表者がプレゼンテーションを行い、その内容に対して研究室の学生、教授と質疑応答、ディスカッションを行うといったものです．

雑誌会では、自分の研究テーマに関係する論文を読み、輪読会同様、その内容をプレゼンテーション、ディスカッションします．

これらのゼミ活動を通して、関連研究分野の基本的知識の獲得および研究遂行や問題解決策などを提案する際の物事の見方や考え方を修得します．

At Sakakibara Lab, we are currently conducting two-frame seminar activities a week. One of them is a round-reading session, and one is a magazine meeting.

The round-reading session handles English academic books or reports selected by the professor. Specifically, the presenter will read the relevant part assigned to him or her in advance, and make a presentation and discussion so that other studnets can understand the content of the relevant part. Through discussions, unclear points may be understood more clearly.

At the journal meeting, each student reads papers related to corresponding research topic, and as with the round-reading session, the content and reviiew results by presenter are explained and discussed.

Through these seminars, students will acquire basic knowledge in the research field and also acquire the viewpoints and process of thinking when dealing with environmental problems and proposing measures.
